What does it mean to forfeit your Points?
Forfeiting your Points will mean that you will be unable to use those Points for redemption.
When will my Points be forfeited?
Any remaining Points balance on your account will be forfeited immediately once your credit card account is closed.
What can I do in the ‘Rewards Home’ section?
In the ‘Reward Home’ section, you can:
• View the Points you have earned under ‘Point Earning’.
• Track any current or past redemption orders under ‘Redemption Activity’.
• View the list of redemption categories available to you.
What are the various order statuses that I can see in the redemption activity?
There may be more than one status that applies to your order:
In Progress: Your order has been placed.
Fulfilled: Your order has been completed.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled and the Points have been refunded back to your account.
Rejected: Your order has been rejected due to incorrect details provided.
What kind of information is provided in the redemption activity?
In the redemption activity, you can view all your current, cancelled, or completed redemption requests. There you will find the order number, product name, date dispatched, plus the total Reward Points used and the status of the order.
Where do I find my Points balance?
Once signed on, click on ‘Go to Credit Card Services’ and select ‘View and redeem Rewards’ to view the Points balance next to your card.
How long after I make a purchase with my Suncorp Bank Credit Card will it take for my Points to appear on my Points balance?
Points received on eligible new purchases will appear in your Points balance within 24 hours of the transaction being posted to your credit card account. Bonus points may take up to two billing cycles (up to 60 days) to appear on your Points balance. Certain bonus points may take longer to appear on your Points balance depending on the applicable terms and conditions of the bonus points offer.
Your Points balance online will reflect the Points available to you for redemption.
When will I see my bonus Points for special offers on my Points balance or account statement?
Bonus Points and special bonuses can take up to two months to appear on your Points balance and will depend on the applicable terms and conditions of the bonus Points offer. You must fulfill the specific requirements of the bonus-related offer. For example, to receive the bonus Points you may need to make a purchase using your card within a certain period. For more details on the terms of your offer, please see the applicable terms and conditions of the bonus points offer.
If your bonus Points do not appear on your credit card statement and it has been more than two billing cycles since you met the specific requirements of the offer, contact our Customer Service Centre. If your Points are posted on your credit card statement but do not appear on your Suncorp Bank reward Points balance, then please contact our Customer Service Centre.
What does Adjusted Points mean?
In the rare case that you make a return, or have a problem with a Reward you received, or if there was a mistake in the way your Points were calculated/awarded, you will see the adjustments to your Points made following resolution of the issue in your Points balance.
What does redeemed Points mean?
These are the Points you have already redeemed for Rewards and that have been subtracted from your Points balance.
What happens if my Suncorp Bank Rewards account is suspended?
In line with the Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions, we may suspend your Suncorp Bank Rewards account. You will not be able to access your Rewards during this time. If you have questions about your Rewards account, please contact the Customer Service Centre.
Is there a limit on the number of Suncorp Bank Reward Points I can earn?
The maximum number of points that may be awarded to your Suncorp Bank Rewards account is based on your card account. Please refer to your Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards Terms and Conditions.
Do Suncorp Bank Reward Points expire?

You can redeem Points for a Cashback by following these steps:
1. Sign on to the Internet Banking
2. Click on 'Go to Credit Card Services' and select ‘View and redeem Rewards’
3. Choose the ‘Cashback & Annual Fee Credit’ category
4. Then simply redeem the Cashback amount based on the points you would like to redeem
You can also call the Customer Service Centre. When you redeem Points for a Cashback, your total available Points balance will be reduced and the credit will be applied to your Suncorp Bank Credit Card within seven calendar days.
Cashback is available in predetermined increments. Your account must be open and in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed) to be eligible for a Cashback redemption. Cashback cannot be cancelled or returned.

4. Then simply redeem the Annual Fee Credit amount based on the points you would like to redeem

Annual Fee Credit is available in predetermined amounts based on your Suncorp Bank credit card account type. Your account must be open and in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed) to be eligible for an Annual Fee Credit redemption and cannot be cancelled or returned.
How are the eVouchers sent to me?
eVouchers will be sent directly to your registered email address.
When will my eVoucher order be delivered?
Delivery times vary by eVoucher merchant. On the item detail page, you may be informed of an estimated delivery timeframe. This is an estimated time only and you should allow additional time for delivery. If we are not able to deliver your order within seven business days for eVouchers (even if your estimated delivery time was less), we will notify you of the new delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund of your Points. Claims for eVouchers not received must be filed with the Customer Service Centre as lost/stolen within thirty calendar days after delivery has been confirmed.
Can I send my products to a different email address other than my registered email address?
For eVoucher redemptions, it will only be sent to your registered email address. If you wish for us to send it to a different email address that is not registered, then you must update your email address with your preferred one via Internet Banking or by contacting the Customer Service Centre.
What is Points Transfer?
Points Transfer is a feature that allows you to easily transfer your Points to a variety of local and international loyalty programs. From airlines to hotels, Points Transfer brings a new dimension of value and flexibility to your Rewards Points.
Points Transfer is only available on Platinum and Business Clear Options credit card accounts enrolled in Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards.
How can I transfer Rewards Points?
Transfer your Points via Internet Banking or by calling Suncorp Bank on 13 11 75.

Am I eligible to participate in Points Transfer?
You will only be eligible to participate in Points Transfer if you hold a Platinum or Business Clear Options credit card and if you are enrolled in Suncorp Credit Card Rewards.
Can I cancel after submitting a request to transfer Points into a participating loyalty program?
You will only be eligible to participate in Points Transfer if you hold a Platinum or Business Clear Options credit card and if you are enrolled in Suncorp Credit Card Rewards.
Do the Points that I transfer expire, have blackout dates, or any other restrictions?
Once the Points have been transferred, they will be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable loyalty program which you have nominated. Please contact the participating loyalty program directly for further information or a copy of their terms and conditions.
Suncorp Bank or Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards is not liable for the services provided by the participating loyalty programs.
Can all Points be transferred?
Yes, you can transfer all your Points provided your account is in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed).
You may not be able to transfer all your Points if we identify any signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity on your Suncorp Bank credit card account.
Is there a minimum number of Rewards Points required to transfer Points into participating loyalty program?
There are minimum Rewards Points thresholds for individual loyalty programs. Log onto Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards to see the current minimum points transfer requirements by participating travel loyalty program by clicking on Points Transfer.
Is there a maximum value of Rewards Points that can be transferred in a single request?
Yes, the maximum value is capped at 999,999 Rewards Points per request.
How many times can I transfer Rewards Points to a loyalty program each year?
There is no limit to the number of times you can transfer your Rewards Points to a loyalty program, provided your account is in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed).
Is there a fee to transfer Rewards Points?
No. There is no fee to transfer Rewards Points.
How long will it take for my Rewards Points to be posted to my loyalty program member account after I request a transfer?
It may take up to 28 business days for the Rewards Points to be posted to the loyalty program.
How long will it take for my Rewards Points to be deducted from my Account after I request a transfer?
