How it works.

  • Sign into Internet Banking. Click on 'Go to Credit Card Services' and under the 'Rewards' tab, click 'Select and Credit'.

    STEP1

  • Choose one or more of your eligible purchases*.

  • Receive a statement credit on your account within two business days.

    Select and Credit is a feature of the Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards Program that helps reduce your Suncorp Bank credit card balance by redeeming your Suncorp Bank reward Points for statement credits on eligible purchases.

    Once signed in to Credit Card Services within Internet Banking, select the Rewards tab from the menu and you will see the Select and Credit option. All eligible purchases will display and you can select the purchases that you would like to receive a statement credit for by redeeming your reward Points.

    An eligible purchase is a transaction we will present to you in your Suncorp Bank Internet Banking that can be paid by redeeming your reward Points. The types of transactions that may be paid by redeeming your reward Points may change and we will present these to you in Suncorp Bank Internet Banking.

    The Select and Credit feature is available to Suncorp Bank customers who are enrolled in the Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards Program.
    Please note: Suncorp Bank customers who are enrolled in the Suncorp Bank Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards Program will not be eligible for Select and Credit.

Important Information

Terms and Conditions for using Select and Credit

  1. In order to use Select and Credit to redeem your reward Points for statement credits to cover recent eligible purchases, you must have a credit card enrolled in the Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards Program and agree to the following terms and conditions. Customers who are enrolled in the Suncorp Bank Credit Card Qantas Frequent Flyer Rewards will not be eligible for Select and Credit.
  2. Select and Credit statement credits can be requested online through Suncorp Bank Internet Banking.
  3. Your credit card account must not be cancelled or suspended at the time you use Select and Credit.
  4. An eligible purchase is a transaction we will present to you in your Suncorp Bank Internet Banking that can be paid by redeeming your reward Points. The types of transactions that may be paid by redeeming your reward Points may change and we will present these to you in Suncorp Bank Internet Banking.
  5. The amount of reward Points you use to redeem for statement credits to cover your eligible purchases will be deducted from your reward Points balance. You may select to pay for an eligible purchase with points up to your available balance. There is a maximum limit of 5 eligible purchases at any one time.
  6. If you make a request to redeem Select and Credit, this request cannot be reversed, cancelled or changed after it has been accepted.
  7. Select and Credit statement credits will post to your credit card within two business days of redemption and will appear in your next month's credit card statement or on Suncorp Bank Internet Banking.
  8. Select and Credit statement credits cannot be used towards your current month's minimum or total payment due. The required minimum and total payment reflected on your credit card statement must be paid pursuant to the terms of your credit card Agreement.
  9. If you receive a refund for the transaction, your statement credit will not be affected.
  10. There is no fee to use the Select and Credit feature to redeem your reward Points.
  11. Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards may set minimum and/or maximum reward Points redemption requirements for Select and Credit.
  12. Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards has the right to change the reward Points to dollar conversion rate for Select and Credit statement credits or any other changes to these programs at any time. We will provide at least 30 days prior notice of changes, unless we reasonably consider the change to be non-material in nature. For any changes we consider to be non-material, we will publish this on our website and may notify you at the time you redeem your Reward.
  13. These Terms and Conditions are pursuant to your Suncorp Bank Credit Card Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.
