After an established partnership, a decision has been made to end the arrangement between Suncorp Bank and National Australia Bank (NAB), the issuer of your existing Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card. This page will provide updates on the transition of your Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card account to your new MyCard branded credit card account. NAB will continue to be the credit provider and issuer of your credit card.

New Mycard App and Online banking is launched and updated Terms and Conditions are effective
What’s Changing
National Australian Bank Limited (NAB) will continue to be the issuer and credit provider of your credit card, but your account is moving to the MyCard brand.
Here is what you can expect from 24 November 2025
Updated MyCard branded terms and conditions
Effective 24 November 2025, reflecting the MyCard brand, app, online experience and other important changes.
New MyCard app and Online banking
A new experience with new features for managing your account. You'll be sent full details on how to get set up in the new MyCard app and MyCard online when it's launched.
New MyCard website
To provide information about your card and support your everyday servicing, including a new login option that will take you to MyCard Online.

New account number
Your account will have a new number (which is also your BPAY reference number), along with a new BPAY biller code. You can find these on your first MyCard statement or under ‘Account details' in the new MyCard app and Online banking. Your new account number does not change your credit card number.

In the meantime, you and any additional cardholders can continue to use your Suncorp Bank Credit Card and Suncorp Bank Internet Banking as normal. You'll be advised when it's time to switch to the new MyCard experience.
What to do now
Check your contact details are correct
Your contact details can be updated via:
- - Suncorp Bank Internet Banking; or
- - At your nearest branch; or
- - By calling us on 13 11 75
Activate your new MyCard credit card when you receive it (if you haven’t already) and update your digital wallet with your new MyCard credit card.
Review your variation notice, which explains your updated MyCard branded Terms and Conditions and financial table.
Scheduled service downtime
Access to your Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card in the Suncorp Bank App, Suncorp Bank Internet Banking and Suncorp Bank branches will cease from 7:30PM AEDT Friday 21 November 2025.
Once your Suncorp Bank Clear Options Credit Card account transitions to MyCard from 24 November 2025 you will be sent details on how to access your MyCard credit card account in the new MyCard App and Online banking.
Temporary changes to services
As we prepare for the transition, some account services will be temporarily unavailable. These include:
- Adding an Additional Cardholder will be unavailable from 26 October 2025.
- Requests for a Credit Limit Increase will be temporarily unavailable from 26 October 2025.
- New Instalment Plans will be unavailable from 19 October 2025. Any existing Instalment Plans you have set up previously will continue.
- If you close your account between 14 November 2025 and 24 November 2025 and have a credit owing to you, we are not able to process a refund during this period. Please call on or after 24 November 2025, on 13 24 84 (or +61 2 8225 0615 from outside Australia) so the refund of your credit balance to your nominated account can be processed.
- Between 20 November 2025 and 24 November 2025, you'll need to call us on 13 11 75 (or +61 7 3362 1712 from outside Australia) to block a lost or stolen card as you won't be able to do it online.
- Between 16 November 2025 and 24 November 2025, Rewards Points redemption will be temporarily unavailable.
Important Information
For events occurring on or after 15 May 2026, Clear Options Platinum Credit Card customers will no longer be eligible for International and Domestic Travel Insurance, and Rental Vehicle Excess Insurance in Australia.
