You will need the following information to complete your Online Application:

	Your contact details
	Your Drivers License number (if you have one)
	Your employer’s address and switch telephone number (as listed in the White Pages).
	If self–employed, your accountant's name, company name and phone number.
	Details of the accounts you would like to transfer balances from.

You will need to meet the following minimum criteria:

	Are at least 18 years of age.
	Have a good credit rating.
	Earn taxable income of $20,000 per year or more.
	Are a permanent Australian resident
	If you are an existing Suncorp credit cardholder, you must have held your current account for at least 9 months before you can apply for another Suncorp credit card.

Subject to your acceptance of the card, an annual account fee which is currently $39 for the Primary Suncorp Clear Options Standard card and $15 for an Additional Suncorp Clear Options Standard card will be charged to your account. Allow up to 15 working days to process your Application subject to verification.
1. The 1.9% p.a. interest rate with this offer applies to balance transfers for a period of 12 months. Transferred balances are repaid first. At the end of the balance transfer offer period your interest rate will revert to the cash advance interest rate for the Suncorp Clear Options Standard card which is currently 17.99% p.a. Purchases will be at the standard variable interest rate on the Suncorp Clear Options Standard Card which is currently 12.24% p.a. Interest rates are variable and subject to change. The 1.9% p.a. balance transfer interest rate will not be valid for transfers from other Citigroup or Suncorp Credit Cards. Interest rates last updated 03/05/2010.
